INTRODUCTION TO ASHTANGA YOGA MYSORE STYLE COURSE
The perfect way to start practicing yoga
This course is perfect for beginners. For those who have no experience with yoga, for those who would like to start practicing ashtanga yoga Mysore style and for those who want to improve their life quality.
It introduces the fundamental principles of the practice of yoga asana (pose) through the method of ashtanga yoga Mysore style.
The participants will dive into the asanas, breath and alignment under personal guidance, which makes their experience meaningful and rich in insight.
This introduction course covers all what a person needs to know to start practicing yoga in a safe, enjoyable and accessible way.
Our approach is individual, progressive and sustainable in time.
Based on her long experience of teaching yoga Eloisa Iskandar tailors the practice to the individual essence of each practitioner.
The course consists of 4 sessions:

During each session you will learn a part of the ashtanga yoga sequence modified to your potencials and limitations.
Additonally, you can attend two Mysore style classes per week for the duration of the course, wihout additional charges. This allows you to put into practice what you are learning immediately.
To provide indvidual atention the spots are limited to 10 participants.
